FAQs

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured for up to £40,000 of goods while they are in our possession. Our insurance can be increased for moves that may exceed this amount but this will incur an additional cost.

Are your staff uniformed and trained?

Yes, all of our staff are provided with uniform as we pride ourselves on appearance and looking smart. Our staff are trained to BAR standard and most operatives have over 10 years experience working for large removal businesses.

What time will you arrive on move day?

On a normal local removal our operatives will be at the collection address between 830-9am, however, this can be earlier or slightly later to suit our customers needs. Sometimes we would advice an earlier start if we are carrying out a significantly large move and we have to vacate the property before 1pm on move day.

How is my furniture protected?

All furniture that is placed onto our vehicles for transportation will be wrapped in industry standard furniture blankets which will be adequate protection from damage. All staff are trained in the art of loading furniture onto vehicles so where extra protection is needed if will be applied ,I.e, adding cardboard around mirrored or glass objects.

Do you dismantle and resemble my furniture?

Our crews are all trained to dismantle and reassemble even the most complex items. On our removal survey we will talk through items that may need to be dismantled and reassembled and if this isn’t something you feel comfortable doing we will offer this as an option on your quotation.

Are there any hidden costs?

We try to keep everything straight forward and simple so our removal quotation/cost will be based on the resources required for move day. We do not add additional cost for late key etc. The price that you receive for your move is the price that you will pay with no hidden costs.
